Before settling in and making yourself comfortable, a few basic rules:

• Treat this apartment with the same respect as yours. I have put a lot of effort into making it a pleasant space.

• Make sure to maintain a good standard of cleanliness throughout your stay! Remember to do the dishes! If the apartment is messy and / or dirty I will be entitled to demand a supplement (deducted from your deposit) for cleaning.

• In case of accidental damage, this can happen. It is essential to keep me informed immediately.

• Be careful to limit noise out of respect for the neighbors and the condominium .
